“And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s. ” (2 Chronicles 20:15 KJV)
Remember what Jesus said to the Apostles (and us) just before He ascended? He said,
“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:20 KJV)
As a born again believer in Christ, the Holy Spirit lives within you. And so when trouble comes knocking at your door not only is God not surprised by it, He is right there WITH YOU and He will see you through it.
It is said that the “…just shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17). So if you believe God is with you who can really go up against you? Jesus paid it ALL on that cross and believers have the very righteousness of Christ.
When you face an alarming and huge obstacle in your life, the very first place to go is to God! Know that He will take up every just battle for you.
Have faith. Believe it. RECEIVE IT… based on the promises in the Bible, the word of God, and then watch how God shows up!
And in my experience, He shows up in ways you would never expect just so that you know that He is the one that fought the battle.
God loves to increase our faith in Him!
