Does Daniel 12 show that the Pre-Tribulation Rapture is not correct?

Does Daniel 12 show that the Pre-Tribulation Rapture is not correct?

“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” (Daniel 12:1-2 KJV)

This is a Scripture passage from Daniel’s prophecy of human history and God’s timetable known as Daniel’s 70 week Prophecy.  I will not expand on Daniel’s Prophecy in this article but it showcases God’s timetable for human history, even to the days we now live in.

At the time in our future, just after Antichrist will declares that he is god in the Temple in Jerusalem (which is soon to be rebuilt!), we see what comes next in Daniel’s prophecy. We know this because Daniel 12 starts with ‘At the time’. What time? Well, we have to go back into the previous chapters to see that. That is how we know the time frame. This passage tells us that at this time in human history, the Antichrist is ruling and when the Tribulation period is over, Christ is going to return to Earth to setup His 1000 year Kingdom Age on Earth.

The Pre-Tribulation Rapture is not in view in this passage. In Daniel 12:2, Daniel was being told that after the Great Tribulation (the last 3.5 years of the 7 year Tribulation period), at Christ’s physical return to the Earth, that the Old Testament believers will be raised up to everlasting life while unbelievers will awaken to shame and everlasting contempt.

This is not Church Age believers being resurrected who are The Bride of Christ from our current church age (The Dispensation of Grace)  who at this point were already previously raised at the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. It is clear by context that Daniel is speaking about the nation Israel and so, Old Testament believers who will rise and also those martyred for their faith by the Antichrist (Jew or gentile) during the 7 year Tribulation Period.

Now, those who became and remained believers in Christ and His true Second Coming after the Pre-Tribulation Rapture in the Tribulation Period (as the 144,000 and 2 witnesses will be preaching at that time) who die (most will be martyred by beheading from Antichrist) will be Raptured at the same time of Christ’s return and setting His feet on the ground. In Matthew 25, we also see what happens in this time frame when Christ returns to Earth at His Second Coming and the Sheep and Goats judgment will take place. The Sheep and Goat judgement of the nations at that time will be judged just after Christ returns.

Old Testament Saints and Tribulation Saints will be brought back to life and will serve/reign in the 1000 year Kingdom Of God on Earth.

“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:4 KJV)

Survivors of the Great Tribulation will remain in mortal bodies with long lives and will repopulate the Earth during the 1000 year Kingdom Age to come.

Bible Prophecy Playlist: Expectations Of Antichrist

By CHUCK MISLER

There are many diverse anticipations concerning the Coming World Leader, commonly referred to as “The Antichrist.” This study will explore the Biblical descriptions with the specific expectations of the globalists, Islam, the Vatican, Freemasonry, and others. Will he be a Nephilim? Why is the Vatican openly preparing to receive an “alien” visitor? Will he be a resurrection of Nimrod? Is his DNA a factor? What are the expectations of trans-humanist technologists in this regard? Clearly, the Bible has much more to illuminate this issue far beyond the popular conceptions; and yet the composite perspective will astonish most. Furthermore, is there a climactic cosmic deception being prepared that, if it were possible, “it would deceive the very elect”? Jesus commanded us, “Be not deceived.” But, how? How close are these events to our current horizon?

Hebrews 12:14: ‘without which no man shall see the Lord.’

“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:” (Hebrews 12:14 KJV)

Is this one verse telling us that if we do not live a HOLY life that we will lose salvation? As with all Scripture, we must not take single verses out of the context of the writer and make it a doctrine, especially when it contradicts so many other Scriptures on salvation as being eternal from the moment of belief on Christ such as John 3:14-18, John 6:37-40, Ephesians 1:13-14, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5, Colossians 2 and so many others.

What does the writer of Hebrews mean by this one verse then? Well let us start with the proper context. It is set right at the beginning of this chapter. First, Hebrews is written to ALREADY ETERNALLY SAVED –JEWISH– BELIEVERS and the writer uses contrast to the unbelieving Jews. The believing Jews at that time were under enormous pressure from their friends and family and Jewish leaders to return to following the Law of Moses for righteousness. The Jewish believers were going through some serious hardships in persecution and some were considering going back to animal sacrifices as we see in Hebrews 9 and 10. The writer is encouraging them and warning them not to do that because only Christ and HIS act of sacrificial blood atonement justifies a person. In Hebrews 10, we see that Jesus blood sacrifice was ONCE FOR ALL, a FINAL atonement for the sins of the whole world , just as John wrote in 1 John 2:2.

“By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ ONCE FOR ALL. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can NEVER TAKE AWAY SINS:” (Hebrews 10:10 KJV)

Animal sacrifices under the Law of Moses never took away the sins of the Jewish people, it only COVERED them for a time period, which is why they had to repeatedly offer animal sacrifices. But that was just a foreshadowing of what the coming Messiah was to complete in finality. We see this in Hebrews 10,

“For the law having A SHADOW OF GOOD THINGS TO COME, and not the very image of the things, CAN NEVER with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a REMEMBRANCE again made of sins EVERY YEAR. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.”

Animal sacrifices under The Law of Moses was just a foreshadowing of what the Messiah would one day accomplish forever. With this truth of Hebrews in context, let us now go ahead to Hebrews 12,

“LOOKING UNTO JESUS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:2 KJV)

Are you seeing the true context now? Jesus blood sacrifice REPLACED The Law of Moses as a way to be justified with God in salvation. The Jewish people were trying to get their friends and family who became saved through belief in Christ to go back to the Law and animal sacrifices and those considering it were VERY WRONG. Believing that the Law is also required with animal sacrifices is like telling God that Jesus’ sacrifice was not sufficient! GOD FORBID!

In Hebrews 12 the writer is just continuing and trying to encourage these already eternally saved Jewish believers to keep the faith and belief on Christ and not go back to the Law for righteousness. The SIN (notice no ‘s’) is not all kinds of sins. There is only ONE SIN the writer is talking about in the Book of Hebrews and that is the sin of UNBELIEF IN CHRIST. We see this earlier in Hebrews 5 where the writer is showing that some were yet babes in the faith when they should have been more advanced to teach others the Gospel. So in Hebrews 12, the context is encouraging believers with the very foundation of their faith and to keep that foundation of faith while facing the persecution of their Jewish friends and family.

The hardships they were facing and that all believers will face at different varying degrees is never a fun thing to endure is it? Yet, it can make us stringer in the faith and that means we live holier lives as a result do we not? Like the saying goes, ‘What ever does not kill us, makes us stronger!’

This is the proper context of verse 14. It is not about losing salvation (which by the way is not found ANYWHERE in the book of Hebrews as some are teaching without context being used). It is the writer encouraging the Jewish believers of the time of writing to endure the hardships of believing in Christ. Stand firm. And that is a message very relevant to us living in these Last Days of Biblical Prophetical time as well. Today we see the rampant ‘works for salvation’ false gospel spewing from pulpits and it is the ‘other gospel’ Apostle Paul warned us about in Galatians which is to be accursed.

Does Revelation 3:1-6 Show A Believer Can Be Blotted Out And Lose Salvation?

Does Revelation 3:1-6 Show A Believer Can Be Blotted Out And Lose Salvation?

“And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the Seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.  Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.  Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.  Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.  He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” (Revelation 3:1-6 KJV)

There are many clear verses that support OSAS. Passages such as John 3:5-6,14-1,36, John 6:37-49, John 10: 27-30, Romans 5 & 6, Romans 8:38-39, Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Cor. 5:17-21, Colossians 2, Ephesians 2:8-9, are just some. The Bible does NOT contradict on this.   First, Jesus tells about 👉NOT👈 blotting out a persons name as an encouraging promise to BE SAVED.

Second, who is the person that ‘overcometh’ in this passage? Remember John penned Revelation. John was told ,

“What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia;” ( Rev 1:11 KJV) In the book of 1 John he also wrote about how a person “overcometh” and it is not by our works,   “For whatsoever is born of God OVERCOMETH the world: and this is the victory that OVERCOMETH the world, even 👉our faith👈.  Who is he that OVERCOMETH the world, but he that 👉BELIEVETH that Jesus is the Son of God👈?” (1 John 5:4-5 KJV)

Earlier in 1 John he wrote that Jesus on the cross paid for all sins of the whole world,

“And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of 👉the whole world👈.” (1 John 2:2 KJV)

He that BELIEVETH ON CHRIST IS the person that overcometh the world in Rev. 3.   In Rev. 3, we see “The Book Of Life” mentioned. However, this is a different book than “The Lamb’s Book of Life” that is mentioned much later in Rev. 13. This is the other big confusion many have; these are TWO DIFFERENT BOOKS and not the same book.

Book Of Life (Book Of The Living)

Psalm 139:16 shows that every person was written in the Book of Life.

“Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.” (Psalm 139:16 KJV)

The Book Of Life was translated from a more literal ‘Book Of The Living’. The names of everyone ever born are written in the Book Of Life.   This Book of The Living is seen also in Exodus 32 when the Hebrew slaves made a golden calf idol to worship. Such a grave sin that the Lord threatened to put to death ALL the Israelites!

In Exodus 32:32, Moses intervened and offered his own life in exchange (a foreshadowing of what Christ did for us on the cross).

“Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin–; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written. And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, 👉him will I blot out of my book.👈” (Exodus 32:32-33 KJV)

So a person’s sin can mean being blotted out of this Book Of The Living. However it is important to understand that this was long before Christ came and paid for all sins of the world. The Israelites were given The Law and Ten Commandments. They sacrificed animals as a temporary covering for their sins as to not be blotted out of this book. When Christ came as foretold, He became the FINAL ONCE FOR ALL blood atoning sacrifice for ALL SIN (Hebrews 10:10, 1 John 2:2). Unbelievers today can also be blotted out of this book due to their sins, if they were not ATONED FOR.

The Lamb’s Book of Life

This different book is specifically a book with all members of CHURCH AGE BELIEVERS. That is all believers from the cross until the Tribulation Period begins. This is the Bride Of Christ. Any person that believes on Christ and His once for all atoning blood sacrifice (Hebrews 10:10) for the sin of the whole world (1 John 2:2) have eternal life from the moment of belief (Eph. 1:13-14) and are written in both The Book Of The Living AND The Lambs Book Of Life.

Those who deny belief in Christ for salvation are not found in this book (Rev. 13:8). Therefore all believers from the cross to present are IN this book. It is the registry of church age believers; the dispensation of the age of grace in which we now live.

The Bride Of Christ are in this book. Eternally saved by BELIEF ON CHRIST. Secure forever. In Rev. 3, Jesus is giving the unsaved people in the church in Sardis, who were relying on their works for salvation, the opportunity to be eternally saved and secure. For them to REPENT (change their mind) and believe the true Gospel of grace for salvation by belief and trust on Christ which is how a person is born again in the Spirit and saved eternally (John 3). And promises 👉as an encouragement👈 to stop relying on works for salvation but to believe the Gospel.

For those that do that Christ promises that He will NEVER BLOT OUT THEIR NAME from this book. Only a few members of the Church in Sardis will be saved and raptured. He was addressing the majority of unbelievers in this church who strayed from the simple Gospel of Grace and truth of salvation by belief alone in Christ’s finished work on the cross. To these unsaved, who think they are saved by works, He warned them to wake up and REPENT. Change their mind from believing on good works for salvation to BELIEF ON Christ and HIS finished work on the cross.

Just as Jesus warned in Matthew 7:21-23, ‘many wonderful works’ will save no one.

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” (Matthew 7:21-23 KJV)

Believing that your works and good deeds will eradicate your sins is FALSE belief. It is actually the same sin as Lucifer committed when he became our adversary Satan; the sin of pride. The only way to have he punishment for our sins removed is by believing that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, who is God, who came, never sinned and as the perfect Lamb without blemish, paid for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2) on the cross as the once for all final blood atoning sacrifice for all sins (Hebrews 9 and 10). And as Jesus stated very clearly in John 3,

“That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:15-18 KJV)

UNDERSTANDING THE THREE FUTURE JUDGEMENTS BY CHRIST

UNDERSTANDING THE THREE FUTURE JUDGEMENTS BY CHRIST

There are preachers teaching that there is ONE future judgement for us all. Others, there are two judgments by Christ to all people. The Biblical truth though by proper context is that there are actually THREE FUTURE JUDGEMENT SEATS Of CHRIST and each one is for a different set of people!

The Bema Seat Judgement Of Believers Living In
Our Current Dispensation Of Grace;
The Cross to the Pre-Tribulation Rapture

This is the rewards judgement seat for believers in Christ. At this judgement Christ will reward the good works since a saved person’s moment of conversion. Only the Bride of Christ will be at this judgement seat. All believers from our current dispensation of the grace of God. All those who believed on Christ from the cross until the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, which in the Greek is Harpazo, where all believers in Christ are given new bodies and we will meet the Lord in the air in the twinkling of an eye.

“13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” (1 Thess. 4:13-18 KJV)

In this passage there were some who thought they missed the Rapture Event when Christ would come to take His Bride home to Heaven before the Tribulation Period, Daniels 70th week. Paul writes them in verse 14 to comfort them and to rebuke that false teaching. Dead or live, all who believe on Christ will be at the Rapture; the dead would rise and the living would be changed. Al believers dead or alive will be there. We are not missing this event as believers in Christ for the world folks!

Right after the Rapture, come the Bema Judgement Seat Of Believers By Christ. The word SIN is not even mentioned at the Bema judgement seat for believers in Scripture. Jesus already paid for the ALL the sins of THE WHOLE WORLD (1 John 2:2) and Jesus said that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM HATH ETERNAL LIFE”  having been born again in the Spirit (John 3:5-6, 14-18). A believer’s sins were already, 2000 years ago on the cross, PAID IN FULL. A believer has become a new creation in the Spirit which has become the righteousness of God, IN CHRIST from the moment of belief on Christ (2 Cor. 5:17-21, Eph. 1:13-14). A believer ALREADY ROSE AGAIN with Christ in the Spirit and is COMPLETE In CHRIST RIGHT NOW in the present tense  (Colossians 2). But our body is still corrupt and will one day at the Rapture be changed into an immortal glorified body.  Until then, our mind needs renewing still by God’s Word (Romans 12) and we have work to do for Christ, with Christ in us and us in Christ.

We see at this Bema Judgement Seat that the works of believers, since they believed and were born again, will be judged. Good works with the right intentions and loving motives will receive rewards and there will also be loss of rewards for missed opportunities. Some believers who lived carnally after their moment of salvation by belief in Christ and HIS finished blood atonement for their sins, will have no rewards and will experience great regret. This is why Paul is explaining this to the Corinthians who we see earlier in the chapter were still as babes in Christ.

Yet, no one at this judgment are going to be condemned nor lose salvation. They have ALREADY been Raptured and are in Heaven with Christ in glorified eternal bodies. Paul wrote that Believer’s works will be tested by a Holy fire. Some works done with wrong intentions or with self righteousness motives will be burned as wood, hay and even stubble and will not receive a reward. Other good works with remain as silver Gold and precious stones. Apostle Paul describes this future event as Christ told him. Writing to the worst example of a group of believers, the Corinthians, Paul is telling them that yes, they are saved by belief on Christ and His blood atonement for their sins but that also , how we live after our salvation and Spiritual rebirth does matter greatly! The Corinthians were living as babes in Christ when they should be off milk and living with better understanding and eating meat as more mature believers.

“8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to HIS OWN LABOUR.

9 For we are labourers TOGETHER WITH GOD: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.

10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man TAKE HEED HOW HE BUILDETH THEREUPON.

11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, WHICH IS JESUS CHRIST.

12 Now if any man build UPON THIS FOUNDATION gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.

14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: BUT HE HIMSELF SHALL BE SAVED; YET SO AS BY FIRE.” (1 Corinthians 3:8-15 KJV)

This fire is the Holy Spirit within the believer with intimate details of everything we did in our life since our moment of salvation by belief on Christ alone for righteousness and justification. We see in this passage very clearly that once a person believes on Christ for righteousness that they are saved eternally. Christ lives in us as the Holy Spirit and we do have our part in allowing the Holy Spirit to do good works through us. Even so, Once saved. Always saved!

Now there are many teaching that a believer can lose their salvation and most teaching this have combined the Judgement Seats together into the Great White Throne Judgment which will be explained below. That is very wrong. There are THREE Judgement Seats in the future. NOT ONE!

For the believer that always has God in mind and is about the work of helping others come to Christ and doing good and acting in love toward others this will be a celebration much like an awards ceremony. You know what? There are many good works we may have done in our lives that we just forget. We lose memory of having done them even right. We forget. But God does not forget what we did! And He will amazingly reward us for loving others. How gracious is that! I certainly know that NO GOOD THING comes from me without Christ working through my life! All glory to Him forever! Yet, He will give US rewards for or good works. The amazing grace of God indeed!

For the carnal minded saved believer who remained as babes in the faith, living carnally, they will see others getting rewards, while they may not receive any rewards except eternal life. It is better than eternity as an unbeliever but they will have great regret. My fellow believers in Christ; TODAY, more than ever, we need to be at work for the Lord who saved us! Be bold in love towards others and help others come to the knowledge of the truth to make a decision to accept the gift of eternal life through belief on Christ crucified died and risen.

SHEEP GOATS JUDGEMENT BY CHRIST TO TRIBULATION SURVIVORS

Some are teaching that this judgement seat is the same as the Great White Throne Judgement but they are in error in doing so. In fact, doing so may mean a person is believing that they can lose salvation and that they have to work to remain saved which goes against just about every salvation passage in the entire Gospel of Grace. It goes against Jesus own teaching in John 3:5-6, 14-18, 36, John 6:37-40 and Apostle Paul’s writings in Ephesians 1:13-14, Ephesians 2:8-9, 1 Cor. 15:1-4, Colossians 2, Romans 5 & 6 just to mention a few. First it is very clear that this Judgement happens AFTER the Tribulation Period to come. The Bride of Christ is already Raptured and in Heaven before the Tribulation Period starts. This judgement seat is read about in Matthew 25. The very first word in Matthew 25 is the English translated word “THEN”. So we need to find out, WHEN IS THE “THEN”? For that, we go back into Matthew 24 (Matthew was written as one continuous work without chapter references) and that brings us back to the only timing verse in Matthew 24:29 which clearly states this is going to happen AFTER the Tribulation. The Sheep and Goats Judgement is the judging of Tribulation survivors ONLY!

TWO GROUPS OF SURVIVORS; THE SHEEP & THE GOATS:

THE SHEEP… are those who believed that Christ is coming. They came to believe the 144,000 Jewish Evangelists that God will send along with the Two Witnesses who will be preaching that the Antichrist is not the real Christ and that the real Christ is coming. Most Tribulation Believers will be martyred during the persecution by the Antichrist. Others will reject the Mark of the Beast , without which no one can buy nor sell and will survive the persecution under great distress. They will endure great persecution. They will be helping each other to survive. Helping the Brethren. Visiting those imprisoned, helping feed and cloth each other. Jesus will say to them, “Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” (Matthew 25:40 KJV)

To these Christ gives them the Earthly 1000 year Kingdom Age on Earth. The Sheep will start repopulating the Earth in mortal bodies for 1000 years. PEACE ON EARTH for 1000 years.

THE GOATS… took the Mark of the beast in worship of the Antichrist as God, they turned in believers and Jews rejecting the Mark, to the Antichrist, they helped imprison people in great persecution. They did not give food nor shelter to the Sheep in desperate need. Jesus will say to them “Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.” (Matthew 25:45 KJV) Christ will kill them quickly and their unsaved Spirits will go to the torments side of Hades to await the Great White Throne Judgment in a thousand years time.

“31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.” (Matthew 25:31-46 KJV)

THE GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT OF THE UNSAVED

The Great White Throne Judgement Seat is sometimes also said to be a Bema Seat in that it looks like a Bema Seat, a raised platform where the King judges from. However this judgement seat clearly has a DIFFERENT ROLE than rewards of a saved believer. A very somber role. This is a judgement of condemnation where an unbelieving person who rejected Christ in their lifetime will be shown EVIDENCE of why they are condemned and this is shown by their works and deeds as evidence for sins that MUST BE PAID and how they rejected the only way to have those sins forgiven; belief on Christ and HIS blood atonement. A lifetime of sin debt! Jesus gave stern warning in Matthew 7:22-23 about relying on self righteous “wonderful works” for salvation. At this judgement the proud boastful unbelievers will be in shock to hear Jesus say to them the scariest words ever, “I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” I hate thinking about this. I hate writing about this event but it is clear Biblical truth. Every person stands alone in deciding to accept the gift of salvation or to reject it.

A person either has their sins FULLY PAID by accepting the gift of salvation (Eph. 2:8-9) by belief on Christ (John 3:14-18) or they reject the gift of salvation and must pay for their sins themselves. At the Great White Throne Judgement, what really determines the reason why they are being condemned is not their works, but that they rejected the only way to be saved from paying for their own sins; belief on Christ and His finished work on the cross. They are not found in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Every believer on Christ for justification in salvation is written in this book, the moment they believe on Christ. Those at the Great White Throne Judgement are not found in this book. That is why they are standing in judgment at the Great White Throne.

“15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” (Revelation 20:15 KJV)

That is the pivotal deciding factor at this judgement.

NOTICE  IT DOES NOT STATE THAT IF THEY HAD
MORE GOOD WORKS THAN BAD WORKS THEY WILL BE SAVED.

No! WORKS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SALVATION (Ephesians 2:8-9, Matthew 7:22-23,m Galatians 3, Galatians 5:4-5). Their works are just shown at this Judgement Seat as damning evidence. Apostle Paul is clear that, “…the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23 KJV)

So, my point is that a person’s works are not mentioned in this judgment seat, as a determination of salvation. Belief on Christ alone decides that!

“He that BELIEVETH ON HIM is not condemned: but he that BELIEVETH NOT is condemned ALREADY, because he hath NOT BELIEVED in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:18 KJV)

But rejecting the only payment for sins (The only begotten Son of God, who is God, Christ crucified died and risen) means paying for the sins yourself. All sin MUST be paid for; either by Christ on your behalf as a gift to be received OR by yourself in self righteousness and boasting in your own goodness.

Did God Predestine Some to Heaven And Other To Hell Before The Foundation Of The World?

This is how I see the answer in Scripture and I will use an analogy and then show Scriptures in support.

A loving parent buys a ticket for an airplane trip and 3 week vacation in the sunny Caribbean for a newly married couple as a wedding gift. If the couple does not have those tickets for that vacation, they cannot get on the plane. Not even an offer to clean the floors in the airport, will allow them to be on that flight. We cannot work our way to get on the plane. The tickets were a gift the couple received and accepted. They can not use monopoly to get a ticket either. Only real currency will be accepted.

Likewise, a person who tries to work their way to being righteous by God, by their own efforts have not accepted the GIFT of salvation. The wages of sin, is not good works, nor being a good person. The wages of sin is DEATH (Romans 6 :23). That is what God requires for the sins we have. A blood sacrifice is required for remission of sins (Hebrews 9:22). Jesus made that payment for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2) as a gift to be received/accepted or to be rejected.

Now the ticket holders are able to board that plane and because they have a ticket, they are predestined to all that the travel package includes; the sun, the huge swimming, the shows etc. Jesus paid for all sins of the whole world and for all those who believe on Him, they have accepted the free gift of Salvation by His payment for their sins on that cross. We get sealed by the Holy Spirit, not by works, but by belief on Christ’s payment.

Now let’s look at all of Romans 6:23:

“For the wages of sin is death; BUT the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
(Romans 6:23 KJV)

Jesus gave us a ticket for that plane as a GIFT, just as a parent gives a trip, as a gift, to their son or daughter for their honeymoon. As a gift, it can be accepted or rejected right? It was a FREE GIFT. An unearned favor. But it must be accepted, and usually is with great gratitude! And that free gift of a plane ticket gives them full access to everything predestined and included in the vacation plan being sold.
In the same way, a believer is given the free gift of Salvation to be accepted or rejected. If accepted than the person becomes saved and has full access to everything that God predestined for those that will believe on Christ and His final, once for all blood sacrifice for the sins of the whole world.

Jesus, in John 3, uses the word ‘whosoever’ multiple times. That clearly indicates a choice we need to make.

” That WHOSOEVER believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3 KJV)

God created time and space so He exists outside of time and space as well. What name did God tell Moses to say to the Hebrew slaves as to who sent him?

“I AM THAT I AM”

Our God lives in the forever present. By that I mean that God sees our past, present and future all at the same time. Hard for us to comprehend because we are IN TIME. God knew before he created you and me, who would accept Christ and who would reject Christ.

God Gave Us All A Free will To Choose

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who HATH BLESSED US with all spiritual blessings in HEAVENLY PLACES in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him BEFORE the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having PREDESTINATED us unto the adoption of children BY Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of HIS will, To the praise of the glory of HIS GRACE, wherein he hath MADE US accepted in the beloved.” (Ephesians 1:3-6 KJV)

God is sovereign. Absolutely!
God is all knowing. Absolutely!

Yet it is clear that God also gave us all FREE WILL to choose. He used Judas Iscariot to fulfill prophecy but Judas had free will to betray Christ.

That is how I see predestination in Scripture anyway.

1 Corinthians 5:5 : Loss of Salvation in the Spirit?

The Blessed Hope

To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.” (1 Corinthians 5:5 KJV)

Many are taking this one verse and making it seems that the Eternal Security of the Believer cannot be true because look what Paul said about this guy in the church at Corinth. The only way to believe that is to completely ignore the context shown in this passage.

This verse comes from the context of Apostle Paul telling the Corinthians to expel a man for having sex with his father’s wife.  WHOA! Not good right? Apparently the believers were not really saying anything against this act of sinful living, nor to him about doing such evil. They were accepting what he was doing and going about their business. This guy’s behaviour was so against Christian values and was likely not even saved, but attending the church. Just like today, we have many unsaved people in church groups.

The true believers in Christ for righteousness in the church at Corinth were not doing any good nor helping this man come to true salvation. They were accepting this bad behaviour in their group which will hurt the witness for Christ to others. By just ignoring his behaviour they may have been impeding the guys walk in salvation as well.

Paul is saying that leaving an unbeliever who is doing such despicable sin, in the group, will affect the whole group negatively for their witness to the unsaved world, and it is not helping this guy come to salvation either.

Paul’s point is to be firm with such an unbeliever among them and to boot him out of the church group. Let Satan have his way with him while he is doing such horrendous sin, because he is refusing the truth of the gospel to be saved. Do not keep him in the group, thinking it is okay because no one is confronting him. By booting him out, he may find that with no support, he will see the evil of his ways and come to ask God for forgiveness and mercy and to be saved. This concept also applies to born again believers who fall to great sin, to be restored back to right fellowship. For a person not saved but attending church, the Ten Commandments does the same thing to the unsaved; it shows how sinful they are. The Ten Commandments were given for the unsaved to come to salvation. The law REVEALS SIN but cannot fix it. (Romans 3:20). The STRENGTH OF SIN is THE LAW (1 Corinthians 15:56). The law is good, perfect and holy but CANNOT help you be good, perfect or holy. (Romans 7:7-12). Paul taught Timothy that ,

“…the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;  Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,…” (1 Timothy 1:8-9 KJV)

Who is THE RIGHTEOUS? It is every person who has been born again by belief on Christ. And if you continue reading, later in 2 Cor. 2, you will see that doing this had worked and the guy came to know the truth about what he was doing and  was accepted back in the church at Corinth.

Keep in mind that context matters greatly and Apostle Paul never contradicts in his own writings. He preached the eternal security of the believer very strongly.  (See Ephesians 1:13-14, Ephesians 2:8-9. 2 Cor. 5:17-21, Colossians 2, Romans 5,6 ,7,8)

Paul is not talking about this guy losing his new born again Spirit. He was not yet born again but hanging around in the church. Judas comes to mind too. He was with Jesus n His ministry, but he never fully believed Jesus was the Christ and betrayed Him and was never saved, though he had so much regret for the betrayal that he killed himself. Even if a person was born again and started committing such an act, the church could also do the same to such a person who refuses to repent over the act, and expel him from the church, hoping it would bring him to the end of his wrong belief in doing such an act, in hopes to restore the person.

The Truth about using ‘In Jesus Name’ in regards to Philippians 4:13

Colossains 1:27 Christ In Your. The Hope of Glory.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
(Philippians 4:13 KJV)

Today, we see many pulpits and TV evangelists using the phrase ‘IN JESUS NAME’ to invoke God to do something that they want. Praying to God in Jesus’ Name is one thing but trying to force God into your will is another! It is rampant false teaching in these End Time in which we live.

I am writing this article because of a recent comment by a fellow believer. He is a real born again and saved believer. A brother in Christ. I was showing that a believer is not to BIND a devil as if we can do that in our own power and that is the proper context of the Scripture in Matthew 18:18. His response is one I see often. It is a belief pushed onto the Christian community by these same TV evangelists and many pulpit teachers actually. I hope it helps you see the truth by context.

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving LET YOUR REQUESTS BE MADE KNOWN UNTO GOD. And the PEACE OF GOD, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7 KJV)

Just Some Logical Questions…

    • If you have an issue of disease you are facing. You pray to God. If you get healed.. AMEN! But what if you do not? Is it just lack of faith?
    • A person living in a third world Country, literally starving. They pray to God. If they receive food in abundance, amen! But what if they do not? Is it just lack of faith?

Do you see an issue here? I DO.

Jesus prayed to the Father that the cup of the cross, if possible, would not have to happen.. but then adds.. THY WILL BE DONE. That does not sound like, no hardships for believers to have does it?

Again, Jesus in John 15 said this,

“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.” (John 15:18-20 KJV)

Does that sound like using ‘In Jesus Name’ will mean your troubles will just leave you? A resounding no is what we see Jesus stating right?

Continuing in Philippians 4 Paul writes,

“Not that I speak in respect OF WANT: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith TO BE CONTENT. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
(Philippians 4:11-13 KJV)

What is Paul saying here then by the very context of Philippians 4? That we can do anything at all through Christ because we believe it? Because we NAME IT and CLAIM IT using Jesus Name? NO. Do we know the mind and purpose of God for everything in our life? NO, other than what Christ told us.

I personally have medical issues and have prayed and continue praying for God to heal me. For some medical issues, I was healed. For others, they are still here affecting me negatively. Is it a lack of MY FAITH? No it is not. I trust God. If I did not, I would not have my website seekknockfind.org my  facebook group.

I have to be content knowing that GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ALL THIS. This is what Apostle Paul learned and is teaching about. This is FAITH and TRUST in God. And having peace knowing that God will be using this bad circumstance in my life for a greater good.

CONTENTMENT IN LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES

Paul is writing about being CONTENT in the hardships we face in life and in the persecution believers receive. That no matter what comes our way, Jesus is within us. We are to TRUST that God knows what is happening to us when we have trying hard times in life and TRUST and know that God is NOT UNAWARE. Having this kind of look at our life’s troubles is what faith is all about and we can endure hardships in this life with this kind of faith.

We see how Paul has learned this. What he went through in persecutions was so many incredible hardships. Beaten. Spit on. Imprisoned. The list goes on and on. Paul was under house arrest for 2 years. Cold he get out of that, or did he even try to get out of that hardship, by invoking ‘In Jesus name’? Or did he TRUST that God was in it and it was for a purpose? The truth is that we may not even have these writings of Paul (2/3 of the New Testament) if God did not allow Paul to be placed under house arrest for 2 years. THAT IS WHY HE WROTE THE EPISTLE LETTERS!

GOD HAS A PLAN!

And what about when Paul and Silas were thrown into a harsh prison? What we do we see them doing? Fighting it? NO! They were singing praises to God in worship! And what happened? Earthquake from God, prison doors opened and the jailer and his whole family became saved. And if they were saved.. how many others were saved by that family telling others and they telling others etc etc etc .. See how their faith in the fact that God allowed the hardship circumstance in their life, saved countless people!

GOD HAS A PLAN! EVEN IN OUR HARDSHIPS.

This is what Apostle Paul is writing about in Philippians 4, even though many pulpits teach falsely about verse 13, using it and ignoring the context of the verses in the very same chapter.

Yes, pray to God in hardships. It is also okay to ask God to help remove it. But in faith, we trust in the power of HIS MIGHT (Ephesians 6:10). And we must be CONTENT in TRUST when God’s answer is, “wait”, “not now” or flat out “no”, because He has a greater purpose.

GOD HAS A PLAN FOR EACH OF US

This is the PEACE passing all understanding from verse 7 that Paul is writing about.

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7 KJV)

IT IS CHRIST IN US, THE HOPE OF GLORY!

Acts 2:17: Are we to listen to dreams and visions of others and act on them?

Acts 2:17: Are we to listen to dreams and visions of others and act on them?

What does the Bible say about personal visions and dreams of a prophetic nature and those having them teaching their dreams to other Christians as facts to come?

“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in TIME PAST unto the fathers BY THE PROPHETS, 2 Hath in THESE LAST DAYS spoken unto us BY HIS SON, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;” (Hebrews 1:1-2 KJV)

Is that not clear? We need to look to Christ and the Word of God. THAT is the truth now. God wrote His last days prophecies that will come to pass. You can read them, IN YOUR BIBLE. Does that mean God does not use Dreams and visions in helping people come to Christ? Not at all. God does. But these dreams cannot be relied on if they do not match the Word of God. We have an enemy. Paul says we are to ‘test the spirits’ to be sure it is from God. How do we do that? By reading God’s Word the Bible. Anything teaching against it is FALSE.

What about where Peter said in Acts 2, that in the last days that God will pour out His Spirit and people will have dreams and visions happening?

Well, look at the verses around verse 17 in Acts 2 to see the true context about this and we see that Peter is drawing a very long drawn out period of time. Peter gets very specific in verse 16 and that seems to be ignored by people regarding prophetic dreams and visions.

“16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;” (Acts 2:16 KJV)

When we actually go to Joel 2 we read this,

“28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: 29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. 30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come. 32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for IN MOUNT ZION AND IN JERUSALEM shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.” (Joel 2:28-32 KJV)

This about what will happen in Jerusalem when Christ first came and it was fulfilled. It is talking about what started at Pentecost. It shows an overview of what will happen and has now happened and continues happening in our Church Age, this dispensation of grace today. Anyone who calls upon the Lord in belief of His finished work on the cross will have the Spirit poured out on them, and if they believe on Christ and His finished work on the cross (1 John 2:2) , poured into them. Believers will receive a new Born Again Spirit and the indwelling Holy Spirit of God (John 3:5-, 14-18, Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 or, 5:17-21, Colossians 2).

Yes, believers do have visions and dreams but that does not mean they are for us to tell others as doctrine or for certain prophetic facts for others to believe and follow.

I have personally had dreams and I have had visions from God. Does that make me some special believer and a prophet to others? NO!  I was given some very specific ones and I see some of it already coming to pass; but they are FOR ME. God gave them to me for a purpose for me. I will never teach them to others as Biblical facts.

Rely on the Bible prophecies Only

Peter continues writing and when he writes ‘the last days’ it is not a specific time period he is describing, not just the very end of the Last Days of this Church Age time period we now live within. No. Peter describes a very long overview of time in human history from Pentecost to the new heavens and the new Earth.

That covers a 3000 year time span at least!

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Acts 2:17 KJV)

Peter is also writing about the DAY OF THE LORD time period which to him is a long way in the future. It starts with Daniel’s 70th week, the start of the Tribulation Period and continues through the 1000 year Kingdom Age in which Christ will be ruling on Earth in the future, and ends with the destruction of Earth and a new heavens and Earth to come.

Through it all, whoever comes to belief on Christ for justification and righteousness shall be saved. It is encouragement for believers back then when he wrote this, for all in our current dispensation of grace, for those in great persecution in future Tribulation Period and beyond through the 1000 year Kingdom Age.

Does God give dreams and visions today to people?

Yes. Many. But it is the Gospel that saves by God’s truth; the Word of God by the Holy Spirit drawing people to the knowledge of the truth of Jesus as Lord.

Was the dream Joseph had of his brothers bowing to him for others or for him? How about Jesus’ step dad Joseph, the carpenter? Was his dream given by God telling him that what Mary said is true about her pregnancy and not being with another man for everyone around him to hear, or was it for him?

God is and does pour out his Spirit in all who believe on Christ. And dreams and visions are also happening but it is not as some are telling others that “God told ME this and you need to believe it.” NOR “God gave me a dream of prophecy and you need to believe it and act on it.”

We are not to follow the Law and the prophets now. That was all PAST. We are to follow Christ today. When Christ was transfigured we see this happened,

“2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. 4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. 5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; HEAR YE HIM.” (Matthew 17 KJV)

Moses was given THE LAW. Elias was about the Prophets before the Law. Here we see The Law, the Prophets and Christ the Messiah. Peter was putting them all on equal footing. God, the FATHER audibly spoke out against that! FOLLOW and HEAR CHRIST! We must remember that today.

Stick to God’s Word by the guidance of the indwelling Holy Spirit. Otherwise, you can be swayed away from the truth.

Ephesians 4: Living With An Attitude Of Gratitude

Ephesians 4: Living With An Attitude Of Gratitude

Salvation is a free gift, without good works required (Ephesians 2:8-9). But as believers we are to live Godly as we renew our mind by God’s Word (Romans 12) by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Believers still make choices everyday. They are tempted by the devil and demons ad this world, everyday. Let the way we live not ruin our witness for Christ.

Apostle Paul in Romans 5 tells us about the MUCH MORE of God’s grace when we sin but in Romans 6 tells us not to just live carnally after salvation because we are saved. We have been given a NEW CREATION in our Spirit. Our OLD SPIRIT of Adam DIED WITH CHRIST and so why would go back and live as we did with our old now dead Spirit? A Spirit in bondage of sin? That is the wrong attitude.

Believers need an attitude,of gratitude

“4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

—>11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

—>12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with –>every wind of doctrine<–, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. 17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, 18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: 19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. 20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of YOUR MIND;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And GRIEVE NOT the holy Spirit of God, whereby YE ARE SEALED unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” (Ephesians 4 KJV)
